Collect the stocks that move.

Stonkemon is a trading-card game where every card is a real stock. Each trading day the price moves, and so do your cards' Volatility and Momentum. The wilder the stock, the rarer the card.

How it works

Three steps. One trading day at a time.

1

Open a pack

Every pack has 3 cards for $20 of practice cash. The third card is always Uncommon or better, and 1 card in 17 comes out Shiny.

2

Press "Next trading day"

Prices move like a real market day. Each card's Volatility and Momentum update from its stock's last month of prices.

3

Trade on the market

Sell cards you don't need and buy the ones you want from other players. Cards priced below their worth get a Good deal tag.

Card stats

Two numbers that change every day.

Try it on this NVIDIA card. Each press plays one simulated trading day and recalculates both stats from the last 21 days.

Volatility

How much the price swings. 55% means the price usually moves about ±3.5% in a day. Wilder stocks become rarer cards.

Momentum

Which way the price has been heading lately, compared with how much it normally swings. Right now: Rising.

Rarity

Wilder stocks, rarer cards.

Every season the 20 stocks are ranked by how much their prices swung. Calm index funds land at the bottom; meme stocks climb to Legendary. A card keeps the rarity it was pulled with.

Shown: the opening season of the demo. Rarity is re-ranked every 20 trading days, so stocks can move up or down.

The lineup

20 stocks you already know.

Each one is a Stock Token on Robinhood Chain. The address under each name is its token contract.

Questions

Before you play.

Is this real money?

No. The demo is practice mode: you start with $500 of practice cash, and nothing is sent to a blockchain or a wallet. Prices are simulated so the game can move one day per click.

Are these real stocks?

The 20 tickers are real Stock Tokens listed on Robinhood Chain. A Stonkemon card only refers to a stock. It doesn't hold the token, pay dividends or give you any share of the company.

What do Volatility and Momentum mean?

Volatility is how much the price usually swings, as a yearly percentage. Momentum compares the last 1 and 4 weeks of price moves with how much the stock normally swings, and is shown as a word from Strong fall to Strong rise.

How is a card's worth calculated?

Worth depends on rarity, whether the card is Shiny and the stock's current momentum. It is a guide for pricing trades in the game, not a market price.

What changes in the full version?

The plan is collectible cards on Robinhood Chain whose stats refresh every trading day from Chainlink price feeds, with real market prices in place of the simulation.

Who can hold Stock Tokens?

Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and aren't offered to people in the US, UK, Canada or Switzerland. The practice game doesn't involve them, so anyone can play.

$500 of practice cash is waiting.
